Description

Targa Florio, Nürburgring, Le Mans, Teretonga and Indianapolis are completely different racetracks and locations in different parts of the world, far from Keimola and Åvenisto. But, among other things, a Finnish track car driver has driven all of them already tens of years ago.
On strange tracks there is a book about those who were the first to head to strange and even strange tracks in different parts of the world, thinking in a Finnish way. Those drivers are Pauli Toivonen, Hans Laine, Leo Kinnunen, Keke Rosberg, Mikko Kozarowitzky and Tero Palmroth. Some left already in the 1960s, others in the 70s and one in the 80s - who to which continent. They are all pioneers of Finnish track racing.
About these riders, Tero Palmroth recalls his story himself - vividly, in detail and for the first time.
